Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please review our return guidelines below.

Final Sale

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Online Orders

To start a return, please contact us at carouselchildrennj@gmail.com within the specified time frame.

• Returns must be shipped back within 2 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund to the original form of payment.

• Items returned within 7 days of delivery are eligible for store credit.

• After 7 days, the purchase is considered final sale. Any items sent back beyond this window will be returned to the customer at the purchaser’s expense.

In-Store Returns

Online orders may also be returned in store and follow the same guidelines listed above.

For in-store purchases:

• Returns are eligible for a refund within 2 days of purchase.

• Items returned within 7 days of purchase are eligible for store credit.

• After 7 days, all purchases are final sale.

All returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached.
